Our story
Built on the trade routes of Gujarat
We started in agricultural commodities and spices, which is still the core of the business. Eco-friendly materials came later, as buyers in Europe and the Middle East began looking for compostable alternatives to plastic packaging and needed a supplier who could source them at export volumes. Fashion jewellery came from a different direction entirely — artisan clusters in Rajasthan and Gujarat producing at a quality that had no organised route to overseas retail. What has not changed is how we buy. Directly from producers, against a written specification, with the same person handling the enquiry and the shipment.

Quality
Quality assurance, before it leaves India
Quality problems are expensive to discover at the destination port, so we resolve them at origin. Every consignment is inspected before release against the specification the order was placed on — not a general standard, but the exact grade, moisture, purity or count the buyer agreed to.
Where the product or the destination market calls for it, we arrange third-party laboratory testing: pesticide residue to EU MRL, microbiological limits, aflatoxin, heavy metals. Reports travel with the shipment rather than following it.
For fresh produce, the controls are different but the principle is the same. Pre-cooling, correct reefer temperature and proper curing are what determine whether a container arrives saleable, and they are decided at loading, not in transit.
