Common questions

Ask us directly
Which countries do you export to?

We have shipped to more than twenty countries since 2016. Our established markets are the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman in the Gulf; the UK, Germany and the Netherlands in Europe; the USA and Canada; Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka in Asia; and several East and West African markets. If your destination is not on that list, ask — it usually means we have not shipped there yet, not that we cannot.

How do you ensure product quality?

Every consignment is inspected at origin against the written specification the order was placed on, before it is released for dispatch. Where the product or destination market requires it we arrange third-party laboratory testing — pesticide residue to EU MRL, microbiological limits, aflatoxin or heavy metals — and the reports travel with the shipment. Food products are sourced from FSSAI-licensed processing partners.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It varies by product and is stated on each product page. As a guide: 1 MT for most spices and powders, 5 MT for cow dung powder, 500 kg for dehydrated products, one full container for fresh produce and rice, and 100 pieces per design for jewellery. Mixed-product containers are accepted where the combined volume works, which is how most new buyers place a first order.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, and we recommend it on any first order. We send samples against your specification so you can verify grade, colour, hand-feel or cooking behaviour before committing. Courier cost is normally borne by the buyer and credited against the first commercial order.

Do you offer custom packaging or private label?

Yes. We supply bulk export packing, retail packs printed with your artwork, and full private label. Pack sizes, labelling language and regulatory declarations are set to the destination market's requirements — nutritional panels, allergen statements, importer details and barcodes are all handled at packing rather than relabelled on arrival.

What are your shipping methods and pricing terms?

Sea freight as FCL or LCL depending on volume, reefer containers for fresh produce, and air freight where speed matters more than cost. We quote on FOB or CIF terms as you prefer. All shipments are insured and tracked, and the complete document set — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates — is issued with the shipment.

How do I place an order?

Send us the product, grade, quantity and destination port through the contact form, by email or by phone. We come back with a written quotation and, where you want one, samples. Once the specification and price are agreed we issue a proforma invoice, and production and booking begin on confirmation.

What payment terms do you accept?

We work with letter of credit, telegraphic transfer and advance payment, with terms agreed per order and per buyer relationship. First orders are typically on advance or an irrevocable LC at sight; established buyers move to more flexible arrangements over time.
