With every order
What comes with every order
The parts of an export transaction that are easy to underestimate until they go wrong.
Specification-led quoting
We quote against a written specification — grade, moisture, purity, count, mesh — not a product name. It is the only way a quotation and a delivery can be compared.
Pre-shipment inspection
Every consignment is inspected before release, with third-party lab testing where the product or the destination market requires it.
Packaging to your market
Bulk export sacks, retail packs with your artwork, or private label. Pack sizes and labelling are set to the destination market's requirements.
Complete document set
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates — issued and travelling with the shipment, not chased afterwards.
Freight handled
FCL, LCL, reefer or air. We book, insure and track the shipment, and quote FOB or CIF as you prefer.
One point of contact
The same person handles your enquiry, your sample, your shipment and your next order. Nothing is handed between departments.
