About this product
Dehydrated vegetables and botanical powders processed in FSSAI-compliant facilities in Gujarat, the centre of India's dehydration industry. Controlled hot-air drying holds the product below 6% moisture, which is what delivers the 12–24 month shelf life without any added preservative.
The vegetable range covers dehydrated onion in flake, granule, minced and powder forms, garlic in flakes and powder, and ginger and tomato powders. The botanical range covers moringa, amla and neem — all sold into the supplement and personal care sectors rather than food manufacturing.
Particle size is specified per order. Food manufacturers typically take granules or kibbled grades for visible-inclusion products and fine powder for seasoning bases; nutraceutical buyers take fine mesh powder. Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis covering moisture, microbiology and pesticide residue.
