About this product
Millets have moved from a regional staple to a global health-food category, and export demand now comes primarily from the gluten-free and ancient-grain segments in Europe and North America rather than from traditional consumption markets.
We supply the four principal Indian millets — bajra (pearl), jowar (sorghum), ragi (finger) and foxtail — as whole cleaned grain, flour and flakes. Whole grain is sortex-cleaned and de-stoned; flour is milled to order rather than from stock, because millet flour has a short shelf life once the germ oil is exposed and stock-milled product reaches the buyer already degrading.
Organic-certified supply is available across the range, sourced from certified farms in Karnataka, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. This is the segment where most export demand now sits, and where the certification is generally what the buyer is actually purchasing.
